Public review Staying at Kate''''s apartment was a perfect way to spend our time in Aberystwyth. It is beautifully renovated and decorated, and in a perfect location for both the beaches and town. The apartment is extremely well equipped with everything you could want during your stay. There were many extra touches that made our stay even more comfortable such as fresh bread and coffee, milk and butter in the fridge and even full size bottles of toiletries in the bathrooms. Kate is an excellent host and really helpful. Her apartment feels cosy yet elegant at the same time. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.
We stayed at Kate''s place for a week. A great apartment, spacious, with a comportable sofa, large dining table. Teh kitchen was very well equipped and convenient to use. The bathrooms are spacious (espcailly the moan one). The windows of the living room face a church and in the evneing, when in church lights are on you see a lovely stained glass window. The seafront is just around the corner so it is lovely for going on walks and you are literally around the corner from town centre. We parked the car in the street which was fine during our stay. If we have a chance, we will stay at this place again.
Kate’s apartments ticked every box for us. The location was perfect, 2 mins walk from the sea front and the local restaurants. The apartment was spotless, full of character and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kate was a great host, meeting me on the day of arrival where she discussed the local area and gave me a quick tour of the apartment making sure we had everything we needed. She left us some fresh bread and milk which was a lovely touch. We’ll definitely consider using the apartment in the future. Thanks
Kate was an amazing host. Her home is beautiful. The loaf of bread and butter was an unexpected and delicious treat. All the little things,like providing coffee and milk, made our stay perfect. The beach was just a few minutes walk up the street. We walked everywhere, day and night, we never felt unsafe. If I ever make it back to Aberystwyth, I want to stay at Kate’s.
We had a lovely stay, Kate was so friendly and welcoming and her recommendations for where to eat and shop were spot on. The apartment was stunning, very well decorated with lovely touches and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.
This apartment is absolutely gorgeous and light filled and sunny. Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The kitchen is very well stocked and apartment is very spacious. Loved the location near the promenade. The parking was very easy at the church across the street and there is also parking on the street. One of the loveliest places I have stayed. The host is truly amazing and immediately answered any questions. Host was always there to help and suggest places to dine in town. A truly truly wonderful experience ! Five stars plus !
