The cottage is a ground floor one bedroomed annex attached to a traditional mature Cypriot house.
It is completely self contained with a front door, back door and patio doors with sea views.
The house is set in mature gardens with palm trees, olive trees and many flowering plants.
The pool and large pool terrace is private for this holiday let only and not overlooked.
The cottage has a shower room with large walk in shower, a good size double bedroom and a galley style kitchen with pool view's.
There is a large veranda and a pool terrace for outside living.
Included in the rental are all towels including pool and beach towels, all bed linens changed weekly, WiFi and a generous welcome pack.
PLEASE NOTE, that normal usage of electricity is included in the rental.
The Location of the Cottage is halfway between two very popular village's, OZANKOY and CATALKOY. The villages are easily reached with fabulous mountain and sea views along the road.
This property is suitable for couples, people with less mobility, also safe for single ladies.
