Description

Child-friendly villa suitable for multi-generation family groups or groups of friends. Private heated pool. 10 minutes to Vilamoura and beaches.

There's a good choice of bars, restaurants and coffee shops within an easy (7-10 minute) walk of the villa and plenty more in Vilamoura and surrounding areas.
Vilamoura marina and beach are approximately 10 minutes by car.
Quarteira beach is 4 kms away and there are numerous other lovely beaches in this part of Portugal.
The Aquashow water park is approximately 5 minutes away by car.
The villa is located in the popular golf resort of Vila Sol (between Vilamoura and Quarteira), and the 27-hole championship course with its clubhouse is within walking distance of the villa. Many other golf courses nearby including Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are just a few minutes’ drive away.

Faro airport is 19 km away and can be reached in approximately 25 minutes. There's a good choice of low-cost flights from all areas of the UK to Faro airport.

Casa Paragon is a 3-bed detached villa set in it's own private tranquil south facing garden. The villa is in a cul-de-sac location so there's no through traffic, and there's plenty of parking on the gated driveway.
Surrounding the villa are ample relaxation areas on the paved terraces and lawns.
The main terrace is well shaded and has comfortable seating and a large dining table. It overlooks the large private pool (10m x 5m) ensuring that families can supervise little ones easily. The pool has roman steps so it's easy to get into and out of and can be heated for a small supplement (30€/night).
To the side of the villa is a table tennis (ping pong) table and a further dining table.
We provide sun loungers and pool towels, and there's also a hammock and large outdoor parasol on the lawn beside the pool

Meals can be prepared al-fresco in the outdoor kitchen which has a sink and gas BBQ.

At night the entire perimeter of the house has wall lights, enabling the outside areas to be used for dining and relaxation once the sun has set. The outdoor kitchen can also be lit at night and there is also underwater pool lighting and garden lighting which creates a lovely atmosphere.

Inside the villa

The spacious living room has a comfortable L shaped sofa, a flat screen TV with UK TV channels, DVDs, board games and plenty of books to read. The dining table seats eight and four sets of patio doors ensure this room is filled with sunlight for most of the day as well as providing easy access to the terraces overlooking pool and gardens. The entire villa is all on one level – with step free access to terrace and garden areas making it ideal for those with limited mobility.
The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, blender, & American style fridge-freezer.
A separate utility has a washing machine, tumble direr, drying rack and ironing board
There are three double bedrooms, two of which can be configured as either doubles or twins. A fold-up bed, cot & highchair are available on request.
There's a house bathrooms as well as an ensuite - both have walk in showers and hairdryers. The main bathroom also has a bath and bidet. Additionally there's a pool wc and outside shower.

The villa is air conditioned and has winter heating.

The villa is managed by a professional management company to provide guests with a memorable holiday.
