Welcome to Villa Calida, a semi detached three bedroom villa set in the Vale do Lobo complex which benefits from magnificent sea and golf views. You can enjoy the sunshine in a fabulous outdoor space, while the interiors give an inviting and charming feeling. The location of the villa is also great as it is only a short stroll from the beach and from the “Praça” where a variety of restaurants and bars are located.
The exterior
When you enter the gate of Villa Calida, the beautiful garden surrounding the property will make you feel right at home. At the back of the property, you will find the pool terrace where we are sure you will spend plenty of time relaxing in the sun.
The traditional Portuguese cobbled stone floor on the pool terrace really adds an Algarve charm to the area. There is a charcoal BBQ and dining area to enjoy family meals, while there are plenty of sun loungers for relaxing. The property offers views of the golf courses and the sea, so it really is a peaceful villa.
The living areas
Villa Calida is decorated in a minimalistic style but with a comfortable beach feeling at the same time. Set on two floors, on the lower floor is the kitchen and the dining/living room.
The open plan dining/living room, has a glass table that seats six persons and a large corner sofa. There is also a large screen TV equipped with a Portuguese channel system and a different system with most of the UK Freeview channels. From here, large French windows lead you to the pool terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need: fridge & freezer, dishwasher, toaster, built-in oven, microwave, 2 coffee machines (Nespresso & ground coffee), electric hob, kettle and washing machine. There is also an iron and ironing board.
The bedrooms
With three bedrooms, Villa Calida sleeps six guests. On the main floor, there are two bedrooms - a double with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a twin single room. There is a shared bathroom on this floor with a shower. On the first floor, there is the master bedroom with a super king bed. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All of the rooms are comfortable, air conditioned and perfect for a good nights sleep!

The lovely and popular Vale do Lobo & Garrão beaches are close by, and some of the best beach restaurants around such as Julia’s and Izzy's.
And of course, at the Vale do Lobo Praça there are numerous restaurants and bars – open all day and late into the evening. There is free live entertainment from May to September. Monty’s Bar and Restaurant is open all year round with evening entertainment. Enjoy watching the sunset over the beach and ocean from Sandbanks.
