La Finca is a new rental for 2023 situated within a totally private enclosed annex of a much larger property located in Tinajo in the north-west of Lanzarote. It provides the perfect accommodation for tourists who prefer rural holidays away from the traditional tourist towns on the island. Perfect for simply relaxing and a superb base for those who enjoy activities such as walking and cycling. If you plan to get around the island, then car hire is recommended. For guests bringing their own cycles there is plenty of secure storage space. For serious athletes we are situated close to Club La Santa being only 7 minutes away by car and 30 minutes cycling. The stunning Famara beach and cliffs are 20 minutes away by car and 40 minutes cycling.

La Finca is maintained and cleaned to the highest standard and well-equipped offering guests all the comforts of home. The interior décor and furnishings provide a cosy, traditional and authentic representation of rural Lanzarote. La Finca has a truly spacious exterior with a 12m x 4m solar heated pool, seating, and additional outside dining. Being in an annex of the main house means that we are on hand to help and support guests if needed during their stay whilst fully respecting their privacy.

La Finca Exterior
La Finca is a spacious single-story property with a private gated driveway for off-road parking and is fully enclosed for privacy and security. The pool area is spacious with a 10.5m x 4.5m SOLAR heated pool, toilet, shower, seating area and additional outside dining. To the front there is a large brick-built barbeque with external dining table and chairs. El Monte de los Purios provides a stunning backdrop and glorious view to the rear. The pool area is completely private and is not overlooked by other villas.

La Finca Interior
La Finca interior is spacious, spotlessly clean, and traditionally furnished to a high standard throughout. The property is accessed through sliding doors into the lounge and the accommodation comprises of lounge, kitchen, utility room, separate dining room and large well-equipped bathroom. A stylish corridor leads on to the double and twin bedrooms each having good wardrobe space. For your entertainment we offer FREE high-speed Wi-Fi, UK TV Channels.
