If you are looking for spacious, well- equipped villa suitable for families of all ages or large groups of friends this is the place for you. We are located between Santa Barbara de Nexe and Loule, 20 minutes drive from Faro airport, and 20 minutes from the lovely beaches and golf courses at Quinta do Largo and Vale do Lobo.
Five bedrooms all with air conditioning, 5 bathrooms, sleeps 10/12 plus 2 cots. Spacious living and eating areas, heated swimming pool, great tennis court, barbecue, large secluded and secure garden, not overlooked from anywhere, distant sea views. Two terraces for relaxing and sunbathing.

Shaded area in the garden great for playing board games, a quiet read, afternoon naps. Tennis court ideal for other balls games. Masses of bats, balls, buckets, spades, beach toys available. We aim to give our clients the kind of family holiday home we would wish to visit ourselves. The house is extremely well equipped in terms of china, cutlery, kitchen equipment, linen and towels.

Many clients tell us it feels like a family home and that's what we aim for. It is well furnished but no precious antiques, so you can relax and be comfortable.

3 bedrooms (2 at ground floor level) have en-suite bathrooms, 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. All bathrooms have been completely refitted in last two years. There is a poolside shower-room/loo and downstairs cloakroom - six loos in all!

Space in 2 bedrooms to take extra beds. There is a large large sitting room and separate dining room - masses of space for large groups.

Well equipped reading library for all ages, and lots of DVDs. Great selection of boxed games.

Maid service weekdays;. Everything on ground floor on one level, no steps, so ideal for toddlers and 'senior' family members.

There is a large table for al fresco dining on the swimming pool terrace, another large table on the upper terrace - great for breakfast. Sun loungers, barbecue. Quiet shaded area good for afternoon snooze.

Casa Manjericao is an ideal holiday location for those who seek relaxation and an opportunity to enjoy sporting activities.

The villa is in a breathtaking rural setting within easy driving distance of Faro, Loule, Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago & Vilamoura, where you can enjoy famous Algarve beaches, golf courses, water sports and take boat rides and fishing trips.

There are many restaurants in the area where you can select from a wide variety of local and international dishes at prices ranging from £5 to £50 a head. Great shopping, leisure activities in driving distance.

Our maid Florencia has been with us since 1992 - adores kids, especially babies, and is a part of our family, much liked by clients. Our local managing agents are Minshall and Minshall and they are located in Santa Barbara de Nexe. They are happy to provide an 'arrival parcel' of basic food and drink items on your arrival day and will call on you to give information on the area and answer any questions you might have. They are on call should there be any problems during your stay. We are happy to say that many of our clients are "returning guests" - one family now having visited annually for the last 20 years . If you are looking for a spacious family home for your holiday, this is the villa for you. If you want bars and discos on your doorstep, then I suggest you look elsewhere.
