The villa is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Pool & Spa heat is available at an additional cost of £105/$140 per week. The large south west facing 28x14' heated pool, spa for 6 and extended deck means all day sunshine and provides a great view overlooking the lake. Sun beds, table, umbrella and seating included - a lovely spot to watch the sunset after a hard day at the parks or shopping, or to spend a day relaxing and chilling out (a removable child safety fence for around the pool to protect the little ones is also available). You will also find a number of inflatables, dive sticks and floats in the garage for use in the pool. Both houses either side have obscure privacy screen meaning you are not overlooked in the pool area. Access to the pool area is via the patio/deck door which has a pool door alarm fitted to protect young children from entering the pool unsupervised. Please note BBQs are not allowed in the pool area or on the deck.
