Lovely well maintained two bedroom detached villa, sleeps 5 with good sized private pool.

Bedrooms include one double and one twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have balconies with a table and chairs and amazing views of the Greek countryside. With a sofa bed downstairs that sleeps one. Cot and high chair are also available upon request. The villa has two bathrooms, the upstairs bathroom with bath and shower and downstairs WC. Fully fitted kitchen/diner with appliances and kitchen equipment, dining table and chairs. The villa has a TV in the living room.

WIFI connection is available throughout the villa. Fans and AC units are located in the living room and both bedrooms. For winter guests there is also a log burning stove in the living room.

The villa boasts a good sized private pool with easy access via the large tiled corner steps and hand rail. Large terraces, patios and garden surrounding the villa with sunbeds, patio lounge furniture, a large dining table and chairs looking across the stunning countryside views. Parasols provided and shade on patios throughout the day. Outdoor shower and large brick BBQ in garden. Driveway for car is available.

The villa is an easy 5 minutes walk into the lively traditional Greek village of Lardos, where you will find several bars and restaurants. There are three supermarkets, a bakeries, two butchers as well as a handful of coffee shops and a gift shop. The Villa is close to Pefkos (10 minute drive) and Lindos (15 minute drive), also good local bus service from Lardos Village. Closest beach is 5 minute drive or 20 minutes walk.

Great holiday at Olive Tree Villa

My husband and I stayed at Olive Tree for a week from 27th June. It was perfect for the two of us. The villa was lovely, well equipped and maintained. The pool was perfect for the hot weather. We particularly loved the short (10 minute flat walk) into the village and the great restaurants and cocktail bars that served lovely food and were so friendly. Having 3 supermarkets to choose from was also an advantage. We also used the local bus service (very convenient stop just outside the bakery) and went to Lindos. Would have gone further afield but it was hot and so we took advantage of having air con and the great pool. Thanks to Pam for the great communication and the lovely chats on the phone. She answered all my questions and was quick to respond. Would definitely recommend a stay at Olive Tree Villa.

We loved the property .Facilities were excellent,great location 5 mins walk to the town centre but still a lovely quiet place.
