What a beautiful Villa…. Very clean, superbly decorated and furnished. The pool and garden are just wonderful to relax in, and play in, until your heart’s content The location is also perfect with loads of great restaurants up the hill, or if you go left past the Alpinus Hotel towards Falesia Beach there is a beautiful square with some more lovely bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend Restaurant A Lagosteira which is no more than 100 yards away from the Villa and the fish is exceptional! As a golfing nut, my Father in Law and I have now played many of the best courses in the Algarve and they are all no more than 20 minutes away. Miguel the Taxi driver (or his Dad Jose… who has some fantastic stories) are incredibly reliable and reasonably priced to get you there! Even used Miguel to go to Villamoura for a night out, which the Marina is well worth a visit. Would highly recommend staying at this amazing place, and dealing the owners with Karen and Steve is great as they will bend over backwards to help your stay be everything you ever wished for! Already booked again for this year and can’t wait!!!!
Excellent location, lovely villa, very clean and tidy, very friendly welcome, nothing too much trouble and always sorted straight away! Would definitely return.
This was a holiday to celebrate a wedding, some special birthdays and for everyone to relax after a very busy year - our stay at Vila Rosa did not disappoint! Karen and Steve were very helpful and provided us with a very useful information pack on restaurants, beaches and places of interest, as well as arranging transport for us (with Miguel) from the airport to the villa. All the restaurants we went to were very friendly and the food really good! The local people were charming and very helpful - we had some really good 'wine recommendations' when shopping!! The villa was in a perfect location and we loved the pool, essential in that heat, (everyone was jealous of the crocodile we had to leave behind, as none of us wanted to go home!) and sitting outside in the dining area chatting til late on those lovely warm nights was brilliant. Thank you Karen and Steve for helping us making a special holiday for our family perfect!
