A luxury villa in Playa Blanca for peaceful and relaxing holidays Villa Teneguia is located in prime position on a quiet cul-de-sac in the lovely area known as Montaña Roja, approximately 10 minutes from the beach. It offers its own child safe private heated pool and secluded gardens, which is the ideal setting to make the most of the warm climate all year round. The villa has a generous south facing terrace, BBQ and big covered al fresco dining area overlooking the swimming pool and gardens as well as panoramic views over the sea to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. Villa Teneguia will allow you to enjoy first class outdoor dining experiences in beautiful surroundings. The pool is solar and electrically heated and features Roman steps for ease of access. There are sun loungers to allow our guests to make the most of the all-year-round sunshine. This lovely cosy villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms is only a few minutes walk away from the Playa Flamingo beach.

Fantastic Villa, perfect for all ages, home from home, great location

This has by far been one of the best villas we have stayed in on the island. The villa was extremely clean on arrival had everything we needed and much more. The pool area being child safe and fully gated off was perfect for us with having a 3yr old. Communication from the owner and management team was superb and we felt so welcomed when we arrived. The facilities in the villa were great including the Wi-Fi, Netflix etc, the inflatables and extra bits provided around the pool area and of course not forgetting the crucial air con. So lovely to have a large freezer too in the well equipped kitchen area. Perfect location behind the aqua park and just a 10 minute walk to Flamingo Beach. The villa was very private with a great view. Thank you to Hazel and Suzanne for a wonderful stay and we will certainly be back over the next few years. Dawn. Joe & Jack

We had a lovely stay in the villa. Everything was oke. Around a 7 minute walk to the beach. We had some problems with the WIFI and they helped us imediatly. Top service!
