Sun, sea and spectacular views - what more could you wish for. Sipping cocktails on the balcony watching the sun set, lazying next to the pool, strolling down to the beach, wandering along the sea's edge to your choice of restaurants, or exploring the island. Playa Vista offers the perfect holiday destination. There is the large heated pool, multiple patios and balconies, large shade awnings, enormous inside space and stylish furnishings. And all this within 2 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to restaurants and bars.

With fantastic 180 degree views of the sea and Fuerteventura, the balconies and patios catch the sun all day long. Awnings provide welcomed shade for a break from the sun. As an added bonus, the downstairs patio is completely enclosed, offering complete privacy and shelter. The entire property is furnished to a very high standard from tasteful decor, wrought iron beds, leather sofas and dining chairs to large modern kitchen.

Outside the pool is 8m x 4m and the largest on the complex. It is entered by Roman steps and a hand rail down to a wide shallow area. The pool is electrically heated. there are sun loungers arranged across the patios and balcony, all facing south.

Inside the villa is arranged over two floors with lounge dining room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Upstairs there is air conditioning in both of the upstairs bedrooms, and ceiling fans in 3 of the bedrooms.

The kitchen is very well equipped with all the mod-cons and utensils required - coffee maker, dish washer, etc. There is a breakfast nook in the kitchen leading out onto the patio. For outside eating there is an table and BBQ on the patio with fabulous views.

Should you fancy eating out or enjoying a drink overlooking the sea, there are a wide range of restaurants and bars all within a 15 minute walk - Greek, Italian, Argentinian to name a few.

A few items of business - The prices shown on this site are for up to 4 people for a week. We charge £112 per additional person per week. There is no charge for babies or toddlers in cots and we offer cot and high chair hire. We require a 20% non-refundable deposit to confirm a booking, if the booking is made more the 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. The balance is due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Should the booking be within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday, then payment in full is required.

The house rules - We expect guests to leave the property in an clean and tidy state with the dishes washed and any rubbish cleared. No parties or events allowed without prior written consent. No noise allowed after 10pm. In accordance with Spanish law, guests must provide a copy of the photo page of the passport of all members of the party, irrespective of age.

Note : The house is semi-detached with the neighbour to one side
