Villa with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms close to pool but not on top of it.
The spacious villa with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms of which one is a wet room and which is en suite. A large open plan living area/kitchen/dining. The villa has been refurbished and has a sunny and sheltered terrace with a built in BBQ. The complex has 2 tennis courts, large 40 metre heated swimming pool with a hoist for disabled people and a lifeguard. Children’s pool and playground, bar with evening entertainment and restaurant. The beaches, shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets are a few minutes walk away.
Perfect for family holidays and adults. Outside: The villa has its own large patio with a gate. It gets the sun all day with the pergola giving natural shade. Sun loungers, table, chairs, umbrella and built in barbecue are provided. It is also conveniently sited for the pool. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen provided. Pool towels free (small refundable deposit required). Maid service Mondays with towel change and Fridays for more than 1 week stays linen and towels. Other: Travel cot available free. Cot and highchair available to rent from Reception for a small fee. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board provided.

Great Villa - close to Pool

Very comfortable villa, with everything you neeed for a nice relaxed holiday. Wi-Fi wasn't always working well and not really keen on the wet room, as that bedroom felt damp afterwards, even 'though we left the windows open as requested but, as there was only the two of us, we slept in the other bedroom, so that didn't really matter. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

The site is very clean ,well managed in an ideal location The villa was clean spacious and well furnished . We were very happy with our choice and look forward to returning in the near future

We had a lovely two week stat in Villa 89. Spacious and clean. All facilities on Las Brisas are great. We have been coming for over 20 years and relax the moment we get there
