This was our third stay at Tina's villa and was as enjoyable as the first two.It is ideally situated for walking to the beach and Playa Blanca promenade .It is very well equipped with everything you need and has good Wifi. Tina is a lovely host with good communication at all times and her villa is a real home from home.I recommend it highly.

We just came back from a 3 week stay and it was fantastic. We have been to villas many times in Playa Blanca and this was our favourite and would now be our go to place. The location is perfect, all villas are not on the front line so always expect about a 10-15 min to the front but this is right in the middle of playa flamingo and town beach so cuts down lot of waking and easy access to all parts of the resort. The villa itself was great, very well equipped, comfortable beds ( now changed my mattress since home it was that good), the pool is perfect including the temperature. There is a shower in the en suite with a jacuzzi and 2 showers in the main bathroom, 2 fridges which was a bonus as its not in the ad. The owner Tina was fantastic, really helpful, we did have one unavoidable hiccup but even on a bank holiday Tina sorted it very quickly and was a pleasure to meet her. To give a gauge of the size, for 2 of the weeks there were 8 of us and at no time did we feel in others way. We are already Tring to sort dates fir next year although it was going to be my last time until we buy there lol. If you need to shop small you do not need to go to the town. There is a local shop if turn left on the road and right at 2nd roundabout..approx 6 min Another if turn right at the road, then right across the gravel at the side of the hotel then right. Approx 7 min. Waterparks....if you have teenagers use the waterpark (Dino) in the hotel by the villa, you can see the slides, it has far better slides, 20 euros a day and is inclusive of drinks. Much better value than Aqualava Park which is 23 euros, no drinks and much smaller slides ( 17 euros after 3pm) I would just like to add a big thankyou to Tina for such a great stay. Hopefully we shall see you again soon.
Great villa with a lovely outside area. Sun all day and the heated pool was perfect. Quiet location but only a 20min walk to restaurants by the sea through a new pedestrian paved area which has been beautifully done. 10minute drive to Marina Rubicon. Tina the owner always on hand to help if needed.
