Description

Casa Eila is situated in a new development close to the beautiful Marina Rubicon.

This property has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and your own private heated pool as well as a relaxing jacuzzi.

As you enter Casa Eila you will find the spacious open plan dining/lounge area with internet TV (IPTV) with many channels to watch and DVD player.

Off the lounge is the kitchen with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The washing machine, iron and board are in the utility area.

On the ground floor you will find the twin bed room with access to a bathroom that has a bath with shower over, toilet and sink.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom (kingsize bed) which is en-suite and has a walk in shower, twin sinks, toilet and a bidet. You also have an upstairs terrace which has covered pergola should you wish the shade and where you can relax and enjoy a glass of wine in the “chill out” area with rattan seating, there are also two sunbeds on the outer part of the terrace for those who enjoy the sun.

The safe and hair dryer are located in the wardrobe.

Outside is the electrically heated pool (4 x 3m size and 1.1m to 1.2m depth), 2 sun loungers and a table and 4 chairs. New 4-person Hot Tub installed.

Beach towels are also supplied at Casa Eila.

This lovely Vacation Rental Home is within walking distance of the Marina Rubicon with its exclusive selection of waterfront bars, restaurants and designer shops, as well as being conveniently situated for the Playa Dorada and Costa Papagayo Beaches.

This is a beautiful Vacation Rental Home affording some views down to the Marina and across the ocean to Fuerteventura.

Relaxing Quiet Holiday

7th to 14th December 2019 -The villa was clean and spacious and the hot tub was a nice touch. We walked to the Marina and then into Playa Blanca but would get a taxi back for less than 5 euros. Relaxing quiet holiday .

1st to 8th February 2020 - Beautiful Villa, Clean and Comfortable. Home from Home, perfect for a relaxing quiet holiday. Hot tub perfect new addition, UK TV a welcome surprise. Was lovely to meet Jenny on the first full day to check everything was ok. We have enjoyed evening meals in the Trattoria il Commendatore in the Marina Rubicon, also Thai set meal in New Oriental Asiatico.(Also had two takeaways from here, located near Harbour on the front. Highly recommend Cake and Coffee at the Marina Rubicon also does love singing on the Monday and Thursday at 16.00. Couldn't have asked for a move perfect pre-pearl wedding anniversary break (30years). Will be returning thank you for a beautiful and well equipped villas.

2nd to 12th January 2020 - 10 night stay very relaxing, this villa has everything you need home from home. This gated community isn’t completely finished yet but don’t let this put you off booking if you just want to chill out. Would suggest you need a car. We will definitely be returning.
