This property is undergoing a refurbishment and is a stunning 4-bedroom villa in a great location in Pinheiros Altos Golf resort, near Quinta do Lago. The villa is a short drive from Quinta do Lago beach and is close to all amenities such as gourmet restaurants, bars and shopping. On-site, you can enjoy some golf at the renowned Pinheiros Altos golf course.
The exterior
Set in a spacious plot with matured gardens and lawn area, the villa is not overlooked and offers great privacy. The outdoor area features of a large heatable pool with a pool cover (available at an extra cost), extensive terraces and plenty of sun loungers and parasols, perfect for sunbathing. The covered lounge and dining area are ideal for outdoor living in every season. There are also charcoal and gas BBQs to show off your grilling skills and cook up a storm in the sun!
The living areas
Entering the ground floor from the entrance, you will find a tastefully decorated, bright living room, a TV room, a garage, and a utility room with washing machine and dishwasher. On the same floor, you will find a fully fitted, large kitchen with toaster, kettle, coffee maker and a large table that fits all the family. The kitchen, living and TV room are open to the outdoor through French doors.
The entrance of the house features a generous parking space with room for up to three cars, plus there is a generous size garage.

The bedrooms
On the ground floor there is a one double bedroom and a bathroom. Going up the stairs, you will find the remaining three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a contemporary look and features a queen bed, a sofa, custom closets and a bathroom. Exiting to the private terrace, you will find a sitting area and double sun loungers. The other bedrooms are twins that can be used as double. Both have en-suite bathrooms.
