We were a little apprehensive staying in a villa due to previous issues experienced with a packages deal previously. This time we tried it by going private and arranging everything ourselves. The owners Pete and Karen were very responsive and helpful assisting with queries and the villa was pleasant to stay in, with a good level of cleanliness throughout. Details where comprehensive about the villa and things to be mindful of. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and our daughter enjoyed herself too.
My wife and I were looking for space and quality, to celebrate some big occasions. A holiday to just enjoy the weather, on a Community that had peace and quiet. This villa did not disappoint, we looked at townhouses, hotels, but we were so glad we chose Peter and Karen's villa., even though there was only 2 of us! Great response from Peter, during the booking process. The location is perfect, with Walmart, Publix and Aldi very cose by. The theme parks are approx 30 mins away. The facilities at the villa are superb, especially for a large family, with the games room offering something for everyone. The pool was great, with the added touch of pool lighting at night. Kitchen facilities great, every utensil available. TV, internet no issues. As mentioned in other review, the blinds are delicate, and you need to be careful with them. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend. Many many thanks Paul and Alyson
We absolutely loved the villa. It had everything we could have wanted, with good levels of equipment, large TV and good pool. it was extremely well-situated, just down the road from a Walmart and easy access to Disney. We would happily go back!
