We stayed at Villa Kemeralti for 12 days and had the most wonderful time. The villa was spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Even towels for by the pool. The welcome pack was very useful to keep us going until we got to the local supermarket (5 mins away), bread, milk, butter cheese and even some wine and beer, thank you Susan. The pools area was fantastic with plenty of sun-loungers and shady areas for when it got really hot. Very private too. Karen, the villa manager is the best and was on hand for anything we needed, she even tracked down a chemist for us on the Sunday and came and took us there, thank you Karen you’re a star. We hired a car for a few days and went to visit Famagusta and the ghost town of Varosha which was really interesting to see and we also went along the west coast with some lovely beaches. I can highly recommend Karpapash for all your car hire and taxi needs, Tahir is so friendly and helpful, along with Josef and Mustapha. The area is very nice and the bus running into Kyrenia is just a short walk away, the bus costs 15tl. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and we enjoyed Khans on several occasions We loved our stay and recommend this villa for a peaceful relaxing holiday. Will definitely return.
Thank you for a wonderful stay at Villa Kemeralti. It was our first visit to Northern Cyprus and we weren't disappointed! The villa was immaculately clean, very comfortable and equipped with everything we could have wished for and in an ideal location. It had a real home from home feel. The pool area was private, well equipped and very relaxing and looked lovely lit up during the evening. The pool itself was the perfect size and well maintained - my son loved it so much that we struggled to get him out of it each day! A very big thank you to the owners - Susan was extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure that our stay was exactly what we were looking for.....and more! Also a huge thank you to the lovely Karen from the management team who visited us on the morning following our arrival. She was very kind and extremely helpful with the local information - nothing was too much trouble. A wonderful family holiday from beginning to end and we very much look forward to returning in the not too distant future. Thanks to all once again.

The villa itself, the pool and outdoor area are all spotlessly clean and the height of good taste with lovely comfortable seating areas and sunloungers. The management team are a lovely couple, so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. A "must do" is to go up to the roof and watch the sunset, goes well with a chilled glass of wine!! There are lots of lovely restaurants in the area, our personal favourites are Rafters and St Tropez with very reasonable prices. A hidden treasure is The Aged House in Bellapais - a family rooftop restaurant - beautiful traditional dishes with lots of complimentary sides, fruit and water at a rock bottom cost. In the words of Arnie - "we will be back"!!! My Response We are thrilled that you love our villa as much as we do, Our management team are fantastic and take pride in maintaining the villa.
