Description

Apartment in Carabeo Area, Nr Burriana Beach, and Balcon de Europa - 5 Mins Walk from Beaches and Town Centre. The apartment is on the first floor and part of a small block of 18 apartments with a lift to all floors apart from the roof terrace.. Shared roof top pool and large sun bathing terrace. Four sun loungers are provided for exclusive use of tenants. There are wonderful views of the beach and mountains from the roof terrace.

There is a double bedroom and a twin bedded bedroom. There is also a Z bed for a small child kept in the main bedroom wardrobe. Bathroom, kitchen and lounge/diner and large balcony with tables and chairs for outside dining. The kitchen is well appointed however there is no oven.

WIFI, Air conditioning and heating, TV/dvd player. (ITV and BBC channels only)

Street parking is on a first come first serve basis with a large pay and display car park 2 mins away.

A Little Bit About Nerja, Málaga, Spain

The town of Nerja has something for everyone. Friendly locals and a relaxed Spanish atmosphere. Full of alleyways and an abundance of flowers with an interesting variety of shops. Although it's tourist oriented it is a working town and everything open all year. Beautiful beaches and huge promenade surrounding the old and new parts of town.

Many restaurants, cafes, activities like walking, horse riding, sailing and scuba diving. People always return to this town to experience again. Nerja nestles in the foothills of the Almijara range (excellent walking). The town is pretty and has avoided the Torremolinos-type tower blocks. It has narrow, winding streets, whitewashed houses with wrought iron terraces. At its heart is the Balcón de Europa, a magnificent promenade along the edge of a towering cliff overlooking some 16 kms of sandy beaches and small secluded coves. There are panoramic views of the Mediterranean against an awesome backdrop of hazy blue mountains. Nerja's most spectacular attraction is its fascinating caves, located just 1 km from the town. For those who want to enjoy Nerja's many nightclubs and bars into the early hours, then the Tutti Frutti area in the centre of town is perfect.

Great location

My wife and I stayed at this apartment for a month and found it had everything we needed. So much so we have booked again for next year. The main attraction is the location which is convenient to the town centre without being in the hustle and bustle. There are also some good restaurants and bars close by. Elaine and Lyn, South Wales.

The apartment is located in the best part of Nerja. Close enough for Burriana Beach ,and 5 minute stroll to centre , I have been to Nerja 7 times. 4 times here, and have already booked again for May 2024.. Communication with Owner is first class. And very clear. If your going to Nerja and want value for money, look no further
