Description

A detached villa in a peaceful pine forest. 10 - 15 minute walk to the beautiful beach & town of Moraira.

The accommodation comprises of the Villa and garden

Bedroom 1: King size bed, built-in pine wardrobes, bedside cabinets and chest of drawers. Air Conditioning (via a coin meter), with adjoining en-suite shower room with shower, wash hand basin, & W.C.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, built-in wardrobes and air-conditioning (via a coin meter).

Living Room: The large lounge/dining room comprises of tasteful Spanish pine furniture, Flat screen T.V (with English Channels)..

Kitchen: The fully fitted kitchen has a sink, gas hob & electric oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and toaster.

Bathroom: WC, sink and walk in shower.

Accessibility: The Villa has private parking, and is all on one single level, so is ideal for the elderly

Outside: Well maintained lovely garden with patio and plenty of space for seating/sunbathing. A Plancha grill and complete patio set is also available should you decide to eat 'al Fresco' under the naya where you can lazily watch the world go by with a glass or two of Spanish wine maybe bought from the Jalon valley.

Solarium: The villa has a roof top solarium for the private sun worshippers, but there is plenty of room on the patio should it get too hot and a little shade is needed while lying out on the sun loungers.

Swimming Pool and Tennis Courts: The large, private swimming pool is shared by the other 12 bungalow residents and is of a good size if you wish to swim lengths, with an adjoining pool for the younger ones or the non swimmers.
A tennis court for the energetic is also for the use of residents and their guests, but do book the court in advance as it can be popular during morning and early evening and this will save disappointment.

Lovely villa

We had a fantastic week at this beautiful villa. There was everything we needed and more, and was very clean & welcoming when we arrived. We had the pool to ourselves most days which was fantastic. Jean the owner was very helpful & answered our queries straight away. We will certainly be returning next year.

We really enjoyed the wide range of restaurants at night. The beach is excellent and is not too crowded with nearby parking and a nice café.

Pretty, well appointed private villa

5th visit to this ‘lovely home, away from home’. The owners have thought of everything and the villa has all that you could possibly need. Contact through the owners is fantastic and always swift. This villa is situated at 12 to 15 minute walk from the main beach and town. There is a great Tapas bar that gets fab reviews a five minute walk in the other direction. The villa its self is spotless. The outside area is private and not overlooked. Plenty of sun lounges and seating. The roof terrace is a particular joy at night and the area the villa is situated in is so quiet at night. The shared po is only a few yards away, also not overlooked and it is never busy, more often than not you get the pool to yourself. The gardens of the villa are very well tended and pretty. We shall be booking again for a six visit next year very soon.
