Booking Details Prices are for rental of the property per week (up to 8 people) On booking a Booking Form will be forwarded to you for completion, a deposit is required of 25 per cent of the total rental cost. The outstanding balance Iis due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. The security bond of 800€ is to cover any damage to property or contents and fittings plus 30cent per kw of electric used. This will be refunded to you after your departure and the return of the villa keys.
