Set in the wonderfully relaxing, upmarket urbanisation of San Jaime, our family-friendly villa is a 5-minute drive from the town of Moraira and sleeps 4-6 people comfortably. Los Arcos is perfect for family holidays or couples alike. The villa has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, while bedroom 3 (the apartment) is accessed off the terrace. With its own front door, kitchenette and shower room, it is ideal for teenagers or couples seeking a little more privacy/independence. In a unique location where privacy merges with the grand vista of the distant hills, you can sunbathe on the beautiful terrace, swim in your private pool or relax in the hot tub.

Recently renovated, the villa has plenty of designer touches, such as stone feature walls with dimmable LED lighting, a newly fitted kitchen incorporating an American fridge freezer that dispenses ice at the touch of a button, a wine cooler, Nespresso machine, Smeg Toaster and a host of other great features to make you feel at home.

The main terrace enjoys stunning views and has a fabulous pool and summer kitchen, complete with a gas BBQ, fridge and sink. You can enjoy the delights of the wonderful outdoor dining space with a glass of chilled wine or Spanish sangria! There is a CD player with a range of CDs in the summer kitchen, to help create special holiday memories, dancing under the stars! The 2 person hot tub is situated in the delightful turret adjoining the summer kitchen. There's an adjoining newly fitted cloakroom, with a toilet and a sink, ideal for use while you're outside. In here you'll also find swim floats, deck chairs and a cooler box. Grab them and head to the beach - if you can tear yourself away from the terrace! The pool can be heated during cooler months for an additional 200 euros per week.
