2 bedroom Apartment near Elviria, Marbella, - Peaceful & Great Vistas. Wonderful Pool. 10 Mins. Drive To Beach. 20 Minutes To Marbella

With a private paved approach to your own front door, this spacious two double bedroom two bathroom apartment, is bordered by large and sunny terrace on its complete south side. Stylishly decorated, and lavishly equipped. With a stunning hillside location, this flat has spectacular sea and mountain views. On a clear day you can see the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada, as well as the Riff mountains of Africa. The shared pool is gorgeous, and secluded, and depending upon the season, often you will be the only people using it. There are restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The shops and restaurants and beach at Elviria is a 6 minute drive away, and Marbella is around 20 minutes from the apartment. With marble floors throughout, WiFi and internet TV, this feels more like home than a standard rental apartment. There are wonderful walks you can take through the surrounding unspoilt hills, numerous golf courses in the close vicinity, and tennis club onsite. We do not allow smoking in this apartment.

A car is advisable to make the most of your holiday at this apartment. Because of the spectacular hillside location, the drive to and from La Mairena involves 6 or 7 minutes of curving roads. Whilst this adds to many peoples enjoyment of this holiday spot, because it affords glorious views, and a 'get away from it all' feeling, the winding nature of the approach road may not suit everyone. Outside: There is a generously- sized terrace which borders the south side of the apartment. One portion of this is covered, and there is a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining. There are quality sun loungers with detachable cushions. La Mairena is an award-winning development in the rural Spanish style with very pretty landscaped gardens leading to a large kidney-shaped communal infinity pool with community owned sun loungers which may be used by guests. The wonderful hillside and sea views may be enjoyed from the swimming pool as well as the apartment. Utility Room: Utility area as part of kitchen houses new washing machine, and generous storage for driers etc. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen provided. Everything cleaned and laundered before arrival and after departure. Interim cleaning by arrangement.

Perfect place to recharge The property was lovely & exactly as described. The stunning views from the patio were amazing and we spent as much time out there as possible. La Mairena, Marbella Huge Terrace is a Dream!

5/5 La Mairena, Marbella Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen Ferienanlage in der Nähe von Elviria. Besonders der riesige Pool, der zur Anlage gehört, hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Die Betreuung durch Rosamaria während unseres Aufenthalts war hervorragend. Die Wohnung selbst hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Sie ist sehr geräumig und funktional eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was einen Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Die Aussicht von der riesigen Terrasse ist ein Traum. Durch die Lage in den Bergen etwas außerhalb von Elviria ist die Temperatur in der Anlage um einige Grad angenehmer, wenn es unten am Meer sehr heiss ist. Wir haben das als Vorteil angesehen. Alles in allem haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen. 10/2/2021 at 4:18 PM The apartment is located in a very nice holiday complex near Elviria. Especially the huge pool, which belongs to the complex, impressed us very much. The care provided by Rosamaria during our stay was outstanding. The apartment itself left nothing to be desired. It is very spacious and functionally furnished. Everything is available to make a stay pleasant. The view from the huge terrace is a dream. Due to its location in the mountains just outside Elviria, the temperature in the complex is a few degrees more pleasant when it is very hot down by the sea. We saw this as an advantage. All in all, we felt very comfortable in the apartment and would book them again anytime.
