Your accommodation is a spacious and bright middle floor studio-flat with Panoramic sea view and gardens, terrace, beautifully furnished with plenty of storage space and closets and therefore has maximum comfort and ideal for 2 and up to 4 people. Fitted kitchen : vitroceramic cooktop, washing machine & dishwasher . Bed linen and towels provided.

I had a business trip for one month in Marbella and I was searching for accommodation in the area, having several options but I chose Patrick`s studio in particular because he offered the best communication, responded to my message very fast and we spoke over the phone In the same day, he explained everything very clear,very friendly and welcoming and he had the best price too. Offering a discount for a longer stay. The apartment was very clean, equiped with everythingyou need, and the view was amazing. Waking up every day with that view made it a memorable trip. I totally recomand Patrick as owner, he is a kind and honest person.

We stayed in Patrick''''s apartment for 10 weeks. The view was outstanding and enjoyed spending time eating outside savoring the surrounds. The beds were comfortable and the layout of the apartment is good. Excellent wiif and selection of TV channels. The area is excellent , 5 mins to beach and 20 minutes to Cabopino port, which you can beach walk to ,which has an excellent selection of restaurants Also 20 walk to Elveria again nice place with many bars and restaurants . Pappion, club 200 and Sinbad''''s restaurant all close by. Supermarkets nearby. Pool area well maintained pool excellent. Pet welcome no charge ! Patrick very helpful.

Patrick runs a tight ship and the flat we stayed at was comfortable and had the right amenities. The location is also good and the pool is well supervised. If one wants to chill out a few days this is the place to come.
