Ich war mit 15 Freunden in diesem Haus u kann nur sagen das alles sauber u der Garten auch sehr gepflegt war. Das einzige was ich bemängeln muss ist das vor Ort die kochutensilien etwas erneuert werden müssten,sprich ein paar neue Pfannen wären nicht schlecht. Ein paar mehr geschirrhandtücher wären auch gut. Aber das sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten u ich kann wirklich ohne zu zögern sagen das ich nochmal in dieses Haus fahren würde.....
Myself and 11 other golfers booked to play at the courses surrounding this villa, the communication upon booking was second to none. Any questions or requests we had were responded to same day and put our minds at ease. The accommodation is beautiful and very spacious. This is certainly value for money and we will definitely be returning. If I had any critiques at all it would only be the bedrooms are not air conditioned and it does get very stuffy during the hot season. That being said it did not affect our stay and we absolutely loved it. First class service. Thank you for your hospitality. Kind regards James
We stayed in Villa do Cisne in July 2018. It’s a beautiful property which is very well equipped, coped well with our family (of 11 people) and is exactly as you see in the photos. Miguel, the property management agent on the ground was so responsive and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Allure Villas (who we booked through) were also professional, friendly and efficient and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. However, there are some areas where we felt very disappointed:- (1) When we arrived, we noticed that the fridge freezer was not cold but assumed that the cleaners (who had just left before we arrived) had been cleaning and defrosting it. We then went out to the local supermarket and purchased food and drink for the week – as we were planning to cook in a lot. The next day we noticed that the appliance was not cold, in fact it was getting warm!. After three days of not working, Miguel brought another (older and smaller) fridge freezer as a replacement. At this stage almost €300 worth of food was destroyed. We asked the owner to compensate us for this but we were informed that it was our fault that we overloaded it. This house accommodates 16 people and as such it would be expected that the fridge freezer would be filled at the start of each occupancy and that such a large appliance should have been able to cope with the volume of food we put into it if it was in good working condition in the first place. At no stage were we advised not to fill the fridge or freezer due to temperature issues nor did we change any controls on the appliance. (2) The house next door is being built and there are builders working on the site from around 8:30 every morning. Some days, this work was quite loud and intrusive. (3) The gardeners and maintenance people just walk straight into the garden to do their work – this was fine with us as a family, but I would have thought they should knock to let the inhabitants know that they are entering the property first. In summary – it’s a wonderful villa and we had a great holiday but we were disappointed with the owner’s attitude
