A truly luxurious self-catering apartment nested amongst olive trees, in a very convenient location and minutes from the beach, with all the comforts of your own home.
In the traditional Village of Tsoukalades, in a very convenient location near the shops and the sea and amongst olive trees, you will find our gorgeous newly built apartment. Striking contemporary interiors, an open plan living area, a spacious balcony and a dedicated BBQ area are standout features of this luxurious modern day apartment. The bright white interior, high-end fully integrated kitchen and sociable dinning area transform the main living area into a very functional space, perfect for families or groups.
This contemporary-living 1st floor apartment is 90 m² large and can accommodate up to 6 persons. It consists of 2 bedrooms with a king-sized bed each, 1 bedroom with two single beds (can also be set up as a queen bed), a living/kitchen area, a bathroom with modern fittings and a walk-in shower. The apartment is complemented with a very spacious balcony/deck area that includes a BBQ, an outdoor dining space and a second balcony to relax and soak up the sun!
Whether you are a couple or a family we are certain you will enjoy spending the evenings in our private deck area while enjoying a glass of local wine!!! The apartment is also fully air-conditioned to ensure you keep cool during the peak heat of the Greek summer sun and there is a high speed internet connection so you can stream at your heart's content.

The village of Tsoukalades is a traditional community nestled on the north-west side of Lefkada, very conveniently located to the town of Lefkada (5 minutes drive), Pefloulia beach (4 minutes), Agios Nikitas (6 minutes) and the famous Kathisma beach (10 minutes). This traditional neighbourhood has all the charm of the historic stone houses along with a selection of restaurants, cafes and mini markets, great for all the essentials you will need during your stay. It is one of the best places to stay if you want to explore the island's best beaches.

GETTING AROUND
Renting a car is highly recommended to get around the island of Lefkada and visit the numerous stunning beaches and traditional settlements the island has to offer.
A bus stop to the main town as well as the beaches of Pefkoulia, Agios Nikitas and Kathisma is conveniently located 50 meters from the property.

Please kindly note:
- During the months of June and September only, for reduced occupancy bookings (2 person), we will only make one of the three bedrooms available for such bookings. Similarly we might reduce the number of accessible bedrooms, based on the number of people staying at the property during the above months.
- If you have guests joining you for only part of your stay, please let us know so we can include the correct bed linen and bath towels. However please bare in mind that the maximum occupancy for the apartment is 6 people at any one time. Infants less than 2 years old DO NOT count at the total number of occupants. However do bear in mind that we can only provide a maximum of 1 extra cot-bed.
- Having additional people staying for any length of time would invalidate any potential "under-occupancy discount" that might have been applied previously.
