A 2 bedroom detached villa with private pool, sleeps 4 with air-conditioning and Wi-fi throughout. The pool is situated at the front of the property with patio seating, a shaded pergola and sun loungers set in a colourful secluded garden area. At the rear of the property the garden has a cool, quiet seating area and a covered dining area at the side to cool off in the shade. Situated in a quiet residential area just 5 minutes walk to the Sandy Bay area with its 5* Hotels, numerous restaurants, shops and tavernas.

The villa has a relaxing lounge/dining area with access to local TV, DVD and music centre and has patio doors leading out to the pool and patio seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern facilities including a washing machine and a patio door leads out to the front seating area. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and ceiling fan with fly-screens fitted to the windows. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, bedside table, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and fly-screens fitted to the windows. A folding travel cot is available for infants up to three years old. There is an upstairs family bathroom.

The property is just a 5 minute stroll to the main beaches and 10 minutes from the Cyprus Tourist Organisation's Blue Flag beach. A 10 minute drive to the British Force's Garrison at Dhekelia with its Leisure Beach Resort and direct access to the island-wide motorway network linking Paphos and Limassol in the West to Ayia Napa and Protaras in the East and Nicosia in the North. Finally, a 15 minute drive or take the local bus service along the Dekhelia Coast Road into Larnaca, a lively shopping and entertainment centre with a fabulous promenade (Finikoudes) and marina offering a wide variety of bars, restaurants, coffee shops and clubs. The property is just 15 minutes drive from Larnaca International Airport and a motorway journey from Paphos Airport takes approximately 80 minutes.

The property is ideally suited as a central base for visiting every region of the island from Agia Napa and the beautiful beaches of the East coast to the stunning coastline and ancient archaeological sites of the West. Easy access to the capital, Nicosia with and a direct route to the Troodos Mountains where the ski lifts operate in January and February while the tourists sunbathe on the beaches.

The area has an abundance of watersport facilities including windsurfing, jet skiing, parasailing and diving in particular, where regular trips are made out to the 'Zenobia ship wreck' lying in Larnaca Bay.

On bookings of 10 days or more there is a weekly bedlinen and towel change and while these are provided from the outset, we do ask that guests provide their own beach towels.

The villa is available all year round and bookings are confirmed on receipt of £100 deposit (non refundable) with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival, A 5% discount is offered for bookings of 3 weeks or more.
