Welcome to Casa Farra Holiday Villa
This beautiful very private villa is located in the exclusive Los Mojones area in Puerto del Carmen, and offers luxurious accommodation in a quiet and peaceful residential location within a short walking distance of the beach and all the amenities of the resort.
The spacious interior is stylishly furnished and features high vaulted ceilings making it cool inside on even the warmest of days. The lounge has a rich leather suites with full satellite TV, DVD player and CD player for your entertainment.
The villa also has a games area with free pool table, Play Station and Wii with games .
Sleeping accommodation consists of a master double en suite bedroom, another double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. There is a further bathroom and a shower room. A separate fully equipped modern kitchen/diner and utility room with washing machine complete what this villa has to offer.
A welcome pack with water, fruit juice, milk, bread, butter, ham, cheese, coffee, tea and biscuits will be found in the fridge.
The outside space is delightful with very mature gardens surrounding the villa. There is a heated swimming pool measuring 8.5 m by 4.5 m with a children's pool, both of which can be secured to prevent small children accessing this area.
The south facing terraces offer the chance for that undisturbed all-over tan! There are several covered outside areas to allow for alfresco dining and the all important afternoon siesta. There is a traditional Canarian stone barbecue for you to use if you don´t want to sample the resorts many and varied restaurants.

We request a 25% non refundable deposit with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.
Cancellations due to Covid will receive a 100% refund.
The villa has a full tourist licence, details on request.
A maid service is provided once a week, where we supply fresh towels and bathroom clean. Bed linen is changed weekly for bookings of 2 weeks or longer. Two cots and bedding and two highchairs are available for free.
The villa has full smoke detection,Carbon Monoxide detection and emergency lighting fitted as well as security lighting and a large safe capable of holding 4 lap tops. ,All windows have security bars fitted and all doors have excellent security bolts. All rooms are fitted with both European and UK plug sockets.
