Residence "Corte Campedella" is a beautiful prestigious gated complex located amongst the vineyards in Bande, Cavriana, on one of the 10 food and wine roads of Lombardy: 'La Strada dei Vini e Sapori Mantovani' and hence a paradise for lovers of Italian food and wine. The condominium consists of 12 privately owned apartments. The apartment is situated in the peaceful Morainic hills just a 15 minute drive south from Sirmione and Desenzano which are both on the southern shore of Lake Garda. The building was owned by the Gonzaga family from 13th-18th centuries. The apartment is located on the battlefields of the 1859 Battle of Solferino as a result of which, the International Red Cross was formed. The apartment is in an ideal location for family holidays as it is in private grounds accessed by an electronic security gate. There are also many attractions within easy driving distance, e.g. Gardaland Theme Park, Canavaworld Water Park, Verona and its opera, Venice and its carnival, and of course the beautiful Lake Garda!

The apartment is on two floors, the first floor comprising of a lounge and a kitchen/diner. The second floor comprises two spacious bedrooms (double and a twin) and a shower room. The apartment can comfortably sleep 4 adults.

All ceilings are beamed and all floors are tiled. The apartment has a rustic feel.

There is a communal swimming pool (20 metres x 10 metres) and a communal garden well stocked with flowers and shrubs. The pool is open from May to September, subject to weather conditions.

Check in time is after 3pm and check out by 10am.

Bed lined, bath towel, hand towel and tea towels are included in the cost as is cleaning at the end of your stay. Water, gas and electricity are included in the price.

Pets and smoking are not allowed.

A 20% deposit is required when booking to secure the apartment - this is non refundable in the event of cancellation or change of date. The full balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount is payable. A breakage/security deposit of £250 is payable with final payment at least 8 weeks before arrival. The £250 security deposit will be refunded subject to there being no damage to the property or grounds of the condominium, all condominium rules have been adhered to and keys have been returned.

Any payments made are non-refundable. You are advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation on any grounds including, but not limited to, weather, strikes, delays etc as well as personal loss and injury.
