An excellent place to call home whilst we spent 3 weeks in Florida. A home from home which is more than equipped with everything required, right down to lunch tubs for taking picnics to the parks. Four big bedrooms with plenty of living space and a pool, what more do you need. First place we will check for availability if we return. Thank you.
After doing extensive research to find the perfect villa in an area we know well, Melanie's property came up a clear winner and it really did end up being perfect from start to finish. Melanie was a fantastic and responsive owner who communicated everything brilliantly and promptly. The villa itself is ideal for a family with great sized bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a lovely pool which feels quite private compared to many others we have experienced as it looks out onto open grass. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a villa for the Disney or Universal experience, both were very fast and straightforward to get to. Will look forward to a future visit!
A lovely family home on the edge of Kissimmee just off Ponciana Blvd. All the amenities you would need. A high standard of accommodation with 4 beds, easily sleeping 8. An outdoor pool provided a great start to each day we were there with our children (ages 7 and 11). the pool was heated, a total must in December. Loads of great communication from the owner throughout. They were so helpful in making our stay perfect. The looks local management company were helpful and accessible. We would totally recommend this property and hope that one day we might make it back.
