Description

Beautiful Architect designed house + sea and mountain views, 4 bedrooms, big pool + walk to famous Granadella beach, cafes and mountains from doorstep.

We are set up above the sea, with cooling breezes from the Mountains and the Sea it is usually 3 degrees cooler than Javea in the heat of the summer. The house is designed for the breeze to flow through.

The front balconies look through pines and over cliff-side rooves to the sea, and the rear West facing terraces and pool back onto the wild Granadella Natural Park. Walk in 20 -25 minutes down a lane to the beautiful Granadella Cove to swim and snorkel in the crystal clear sea. Or drive 2 kms through the Natural Park.

The dining area leads through to a mountain view double and a sea glimpse twin singles which share a bathroom . On the same level as the 11x4m pool is another large double with ensuite, a living area with daybed, a shower/washing room and a BBQ area under the deck, leading to the pool terrace. The front garden has pines, bananas, palms and Mediterranean plants with ping pong table and sitting chairs. Pets considered.
Midway between Valencia and Alicante airports, both 1 hour 10 mins drive. 6 hours drive from Bilbao / Santander Ferries.

Casa Calita is a beautiful retreat in a superb location. Fantastic views over the National Park whilst enjoying the large swimming pool. Wake up to a view of the sea in the luxurious top floor bedroom – even better views from the bath! Great beach nearby, Cala Granadella, brings clear water for snorkelling and a choice of restaurants. The house is immaculate, very well appointed kitchen, fully stocked with every utensil required. Kitchen brings you out onto a lovely veranda to enjoy your meal whilst taking in the scenery.
