PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
First Floor:
A stone staircase provides access from the ground floor to the farmhouse bedroom accommodation on the first floor. Here you will find Bedroom 1 and 2, both ensuite. One bedroom has twin beds whilst the other has a double.
Second Floor:
A further staircase will bring you to the 2nd floor with Bedrooms 3 and 4, both ensuite. Again, one bedroom has twin beds and the other is a double. On this level, is a spacious roof terrace where you can enjoy the sun combined with fabulous countryside and sea views to complete the experience.
Outdoors:
A BBQ sits on the pool terrace as a handy essential for any Gozo villa holiday. The complementary garden is a lovely add-on to relax, enjoy the peace and tranquillity, Indri has to offer.
Pool dimensions are 6 x 4 metres.
ZEBBUG LOCATION::
Iz-Zebbug village is located just 3km from Victoria city and Marsalforn bay. You will find it stretched out on a tranquil hill in the north of Gozo with panoramic views of the Gozitan countryside and the Mediterranean. It has a remarkable parish church, some beautiful little street niches (shrines) and a reputation for producing skilled traditional craftsmen. Iż-Żebbuġ means olives or olive trees in Maltese, suggesting there were once olive groves or olive presses here.
The property is situated within walking distance to its lively main square, where you will find several restaurants and bars, in 8 minutes. Here you will find The View, a popular family run restaurant serving excellent local cuisine. The name also very appropriate as it promises exceptional views over Gozo.
The nearest supermarket is 2km from the farmhouse, although there is a local grocery store a 2-minute walk away.
The nearest beach, Xwejni Bay, is located 2km away or a 10-minute drive. Xwejni bay and Qbajjar Bay are two famous spots closest to Zebbug. You also have the two fabulous beaches of Ramla and Marsalforn a short drive away.
There is a bus stop within 1 minute's walk where you are able to catch Bus No. 309 – Ghazziela to Victoria and neighboring villages.
Additional:
All rooms are equipped with Air Conditioning units operated by an electronic coin box on a pay-as-you-use basis (€1 & €2 coins). A screen displays the credit remaining with each AC unit consuming approximately € 2 per night.
Prices exclude the Malta Eco Tax – a requirement by Maltese law to be collected from all guests on arrival. This applies to those age 18 and over and consists of €0.50c per person for each night’s stay, to a maximum of €5 per person for each continuous stay. This is paid in Euro currency only and will be collected by the owner on check in.
