Our home features an individually designed pool area, with large extended pool deck, 30 ft pool and in- ground spa - the in-pool and cage lighting change colour to create your own ambience. Enjoy the wonderful South facing views over meadows.
As you enter your you are greeted by the spacious foyer and the large, open-concept living space complete with a island Kitchen and dining area so everyone can gather comfortably for meals as well as entertainment.
Our fully equipped kitchen comes with fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher and everything you need to cook a snack or a feast.
The large table can seat all the family/friends to gather together. If your group is a small one, don’t worry, our home is very homely and comfortable for smaller groups as well as large.
The luxuriously appointed living area features a large tv with comprehensive entertainment package and comfortable sofas and reclining chairs.
As you walk out of the living area to a grand, covered lanai and pool with spa, you will find the outdoor oasis you would expect in your dream vacation home.
The very large extended deck - specially designed by us, has amazing South and West facing open views over meadows, it is the perfect place for fun and relaxation. Our luxury outdoor furniture offers a very comfortable seating area with cooling fans if it get too warm for you, and there are plenty of loungers for the sun worshippers in your party, plus a dining area and a large gas barbeque (included in your rate). There is an outdoor TV and a drinks fridge - everything to enjoy the Florida outdoor lifestyle right at your own home. There is a pool bath for added convenience.
The large pool has wide entry steps with handrail for easy access and a large inground spa. These can be heated (additional charge) There is also a pool fence if required and all doors to the pool area are alarmed.
After a busy day you will need a good nights sleep and our super comfortable beds and luxury linens will make sure you get just that.
On the ground floor there is a large Master king Suite with Master Bath with walk in shower, tub, two vanities and a walk in closet. A relaxing room at the rear of our home with access to the pool area.
At the front, on the ground floor is a further King bedroom with Ensuite shower room. This bright room has a large window and space to sit an relax.
Upstairs, you will find a spacious second sitting room with Large TV, and gaming table and Xbox 1 with Games package to download games. This second sitting room offers family and guests plenty of space to enjoy their favourite activities, or simply relax!
Then there are super comfy bedrooms - At the rear is the second Master king Suite with shower and dual vanity, The dual windows have a lovely view of the wetland and meadows. Decorated in a blue and white theme.
At the front is a spacious king bedroom with blue and red theme - this shares the jack and jill bathroom (with double vanity and lock off shower room and toilet) with the adjoining twin room - (this room can convert to a king if you require 5 kings and 2 twins),
Next are the 2 twins bedrooms - one with a bright bohemian theme and the other a bright seashore theme - ideal for kids or adults - these share a bathroom with double vanity and lock off toilet and bath with tub,
The Game room has ping pong, air hockey, foosball and darts and is air conditioned - a great additional space for everyone to enjoy.
Our new home is energy efficient, fully air conditioned throughout and smart home enabled.

Our local management company is on hand to look after you during your stay. As the owners we like to get to know our guests and help them in any way we can by keeping in touch quickly and answering any questions you may have about the house or the area to make sure you get the most from your stay in our beautiful home.
This home is in a superb location, around 10 miles from Walt Disney World! Seaworld and the Aquatica Water Park are around 15 miles away, Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay Water Park about 21 miles. Even closer to home you are just five minutes from the main I-4 Interstate and Champion’s Gate, with its supermarket (Publix) and numerous restaurants, bars and shops. Being Florida, golf is always going to be close by and it is only 5 miles away at Posner Park where you will find a movie theatre and a rapidly expanding shopping complex.
Whether you are hitting the theme parks and all the other incredible entertainment and activities the area offers, or whether you are here to simply relax and take in the sun, this property has everything covered. Also, whilst dragging yourself away from the property could be hard, the magnificent clubhouse and resort pool area are just a short walk or drive and park right outside
Solterra is a fully-gated community with a 24-hour manned gate. Guests staying in this incredible property benefit from complimentary access to and use of the resort’s excellent amenities. The 5,600 square-foot clubhouse, which includes a gym and pool tables, is part of a complex that comprises a beautiful beach-entry free-form heated pool with a water slide, a lazy river, a large spa/hot tub, poolside cabanas and plenty of loungers, as well as the Café Sol Bar and Grill serving tasty snacks, meals and drinks. Additionally, guests can also enjoy the tennis courts, beach volleyball court, basketball, a children’s playground and a walking trail too. Please note the Community make a one time charge of $35-45 to use the community facilities during your stay - this is included in your rate and we will refund to you.

Please note the price for the week includes nightly rate and Florida taxes, in addition there is a cleaning/property fee added once per stay. (we do not include in our nightly rate to be fair for longer stays) We can offer a discount for stays over 10 nights. Minimum Stay 5 nights We can take secure payments by Card in either US Dollars or British Pounds.
Optional Extras - if required Pool and spa heat $40 per night or spa only in warmer months available $25 per night.

Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement -$100 fee up to two dogs – please ask at time of booking.
Damage Protection –The $49 charge listed as Property Fee on your booking/quote covers up to $1500 damage protection coverage for the rental property.

Where Cancellation is more than 60 days prior to the commencement of the Holiday Period, the Client shall receive a full refund of any monies paid – less a small admin fees around 4% to cover costs incurred by the booking company/owner for the payment and refund transactions.
Where Cancellation is less than 60 days prior to the commencement of the Holiday Period, the Client is liable to pay to us the total Rental Cost – no refund of monies paid All, cancellations must be notified by the Client in writing to ourselves.
