Villa Rachel is located adjacent to one of our other exclusive properties Villa Emma, so they can be rented together to accommodate for larger parties. Combined, the two villas can comfortably host a group of sixteen people, plus infants. Located on Las Calas a prime mainly residential location central to the resort Villa Rachel is part of a group of detached 3 and 4 bed villas owned and managed buy the same family. With a prime location in central Costa Teguise on a private no through road, quiet at night yet right in the heart of the resort. The beach is a genuine 4 mins walk from the exit of the private Las Calas development. Along the same walk you will find the fist of the resort amenities, restaurants, shopping and a well stocked supermarket for that vital villa BBQ and your favorite G&T.

The Las Calas villas are mainly exclusive private residential properties, some like villa Rachel available on the holiday rental market. There is genuinely no requirement for a car, all of the resort amenities are within easy walking distance but if hired there is free parking directly on the private road in front of every villa.
Our rates are based on the first 2 guests, there is a 4 person rate and then additional charges for the 5th and 6th guest. Please enquire for availability.
There is a optional patio hot tub at £95 per week. Infants not yet 2 years old are free of charge
