THIS VILLA IS A PRIVATE VILLA WITH A PRIVATE BIG SWIMMING POOL.

IT IS ENTIRELY RENTED TO THE SAME FAMILY. IT IS NOT FOR RENT WITH ROOMS. THE PRICES ARE APPLY TO ALL THE ROOMS TOGETHER FOR THE ENTIRE VILLA.

IT CAN ACCOMMODATE SMALL AND LARGE FAMILIES AND FRIENDS. IT IS SUITABLE UP TO 15 ADULTS (AND CHILDREN) AND 3 INFANTS/BABIES, BECAUSE IN THE VILLA THERE ARE TOTAL 6 SINGLE BEDS, 3 DOUBLE BEDS, 3 SOFA BEDS AND 3 BABY BEDS.

THE VILLA is on Coral Bay, 1.5km from the beach (Coral Bay Beach), 15km from the airport and 1km from the bars and restaurants. The nearest airport is Paphos airport, which is only 25 minutes far away from the villa (15 km). Near the villa (5-8 minutes by foot) is situated a very famous restaurant and club, “Neos club and restaurant”, which offers very good food and many choices of games, as Bowling and Snooker tables. Also near the villa (10 minutes by foot) is the biggest supermarket of Coral Bay Area “Philippos Supermarket” which offers free transfer from the villa to the supermarket and from the supermarket to the villa.

The villa has 3 levels. On the ground floor there is a separate studio (large bedroom) with 4 single beds, a sofa bed, a kitchenette with a small fridge and a full bathroom. There is also a room with two washing machines, a shower and a sink. Going up the stairs is the large living room with dining area, kitchen and outside veranda with a built barbeque. On the same level is the swimming pool area with a big veranda and the garden furniture. Going up a few steps, there is another bedroom with a large double bed, a sofa bed, a wooden baby bed and a full bathroom. On the next level, there are three more bedrooms. In one bedroom there is a large double bed, a sofa bed, a baby cot and a full bathroom. In the other bedroom there is a large double bed and a baby cot. In the other bedroom there are two single beds. The two bedrooms share a common full bathroom. All rooms have a wonderful view to the sea and the mountain with large terraces. All bedrooms, the living and the dining room have air conditioners.

Beautiful place, amazing stay!

We came over to Cyprus for our wedding and stayed here as a group of 13 with friends and family for 10 nights. From booking the villa communication was brilliant, they were so helpful from the start to us leaving. The villa it self is beautiful, very clean, stunning views, huge pool, everything you need for a stay and they even left us some supplies to get us settled in which was a lovely gesture. The ladies that came over to check we were ok were so friendly and helpful, gave the kids gifts for the pool and brought us some lovely doughnuts one day to! There's plenty of room in the villa for big groups that still enables everyone to have there own space. We also had the hire car, wasnt sure what it was until we got there but again it was lovely, bigger then expected clean and ready to go, we used this a lot to explore paphos. Honestly we all had the best stay and I can not recommend this place or company enough they go above and beyond. We will definitely be returning and booking with them again! Thanks again for a lovely stay and making our time in Cyprus one to remember 😀

Fantastic stay

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in the Villa! We were skeptical booking but the great reviews really encouraged us and we were not disappointed! From start to finish everythjng was 5* They arranged transport to and from the airport efficiently, gave us use of the car and were on hand with any questions/issues we had during our stay. A big shout out to the kind and helpful Rep that was always available and came by with goodies and crafts for the kids!

Lovely villa, great space with good size pool

We were so happy with our stay here. We were greated by the hosts when we arrived and they had arranged for transfers to and from the villa which was a massive help. We had use of a car, which i would say is a must especially if you want to go to coral bay and even the supermarket as there was no path on one of the the roads up to the supermarket. Mid way through our stay the host brought us fresh bakery goods (went down a treat with everyone) on the last day we were able to stay abit longer due to our flight being late and also the hosts bought some goodies for the children which was a lovely touch. The pool is a good size and as a group of 15 we didnt feel on top of eachother! We will be returning. Thank you for helping us make some lovely memories with our family
