THE VILLA is on Coral Bay, 1.5km from the beach (Coral Bay Beach), 15km from the airport and 1km from the bars and restaurants. The nearest airport is Paphos airport, which is only 25 minutes far away from the villa (15 km). Near the villa (5-8 minutes by foot) is situated a very famous restaurant and club, “Neos club and restaurant”, which offers very good food and many choices of games, as Bowling and Snooker tables. Also near the villa (10 minutes by foot) is the biggest supermarket of Coral Bay Area “Philippos Supermarket” which offers free transfer from the villa to the supermarket and from the supermarket to the villa.

The villa has 3 levels. On the ground floor there is a separate studio (large bedroom) with 4 single beds, a sofa bed, a kitchenette with a small fridge and a full bathroom. There is also a room with two washing machines, a shower and a sink. Going up the stairs is the large living room with dining area, kitchen and outside veranda with a built barbeque. On the same level is the swimming pool area with a big veranda and the garden furniture. Going up a few steps, there is another bedroom with a large double bed, a sofa bed, a wooden baby bed and a full bathroom. On the next level, there are three more bedrooms. In one bedroom there is a large double bed, a sofa bed, a baby cot and a full bathroom. In the other bedroom there is a large double bed and a baby cot. In the other bedroom there are two single beds. The two bedrooms share a common full bathroom. All rooms have a wonderful view to the sea and the mountain with large terraces. All bedrooms, the living and the dining room have air conditioners.
