Description

Villa Santa Maria is located in the area known as Quinta do Paraiso and there are many extra facilities that can be used ie use of tennis courts, 3 main pools, Kiddiclub, restaurants, bars and mini supermarket. It is set in a mature area with lovely gardens. The villa will sleep a max of 6 adults (or mix of adults and children) plus one baby in a cot.

The villa itself has 3 double bedrooms (2 of which are en suite) and a guest bathroom which also serves the third bedroom. There is a spacious lounge with comfortable seating and this leads to the dining room and then patio doors to the al fresco dining area on the patio. The modern kitchen is fitted with Bosch appliances and has a large American style double fridge with ice and drinking water dispenser. Through the kitchen there is a fully equipped utility room leading to a drying area in the small courtyard. The villa is also fitted with an active water softener.

The pool area has ample sun beds and parasols for guests and another seating area with table and chairs if required. with dimensions of 10 x 5 metres the pool has gentle entry steps from the shallow Roman end with a depth of approx 0.8 metres to a maximum of 2.0 metres at the deep end and pool heating is available on request (extra charge) The beautiful gardens are meticulously maintained and the mature plants give privacy all around the villa. There are lawns and a large BBQ area with refrigerator and water.To the front of the villa stairs lead to the roof terrace where there are further sun beds and fantastic 360º views towards the coastline and surrounding area.

The villa is air conditioned and for winter use there is a log burner in the lounge. There is a flat screen TV plus a DVD player. Free wi-fi internet is also provided.

It is fully licensed under the Alojamento Local (AL) scheme, registration no 4691/AL

We have just returned from the most amazing break. The Villa, the location, the facilities, the restaurants and the people, it was just wonderful. Easy walk into the main square but if you like to Uber it €4 approximately each way. The Villa was fully equipped and sparkling clean. Pool area is spacious with comfortable sun loungers. Booking was so easy and everything got organised for us. 100% recommend.

Lovely place to stay

Enjoyed a fabulous 2 weeks at this beautiful villa. Everything thing you could need and made lots of use of the pool as it was so hot! A 5min drive into Carvoeiro and a 5min walk to the Trattoria Oliveira and Escondidinho restaurants. Supermarkets a 10min drive away. Thank you to both Peter and Anabela who really looked after us.
