Description

This spacious townhouse property is located at the prestigious Pestana Vale de Pinta Golfe resort near the seaside town of Carvoeiro. The resort has its own security, restaurant/bar, small supermarket, tennis court and children's play area. The nearest beaches are 5mins drive away and Slide&Splash waterpark about 3min drive. Excellent location for exploring the whole of the Algarve.

The apartment is at the end of a block on the 1st floor with a private entrance. There is some garden onthe ground floor for children to play on. The onsite facilities include a swimming pool, two 18-hole golf courses, a driving range, tennis courts, children's play area and two club houses with bars/restaurants.

The apartment comprises of an open-plan living/dining area which opens onto a balcony with views onto the surrounding gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and washing machine with the charcoal barbecue situated off the kitchen outside on the balcony/terrace. With two bedrooms and a sofa bed the property sleeps six in total, 4 adults and 2 children, or 5 adults max.

The property has air conditioning throughout together with free Wi-Fi and multi-language television channels.

The village of Carvoeiro is a short drive away and offers a host of cafés, bars, shops, numerous superb restaurants, a beach and various activities. The village also hosts many open-air musical events throughout the summer months.
Slide 'n' Splash, a water-slide park, is just few minutes' drive away and offers a fun day out for all.

No stag/hen parties or similar groups are allowed.

Impeccable apartment

Sam is a responsive host and her apartment is impeccable with all the modern amenities you could need for your stay. She quickly took action to implement a solution for an issue with one of the showers. The apartment is in a beautiful location near (20 min drive) many gorgeous (blue flag) beaches, a large grocery store and restaurants. We cooked supper twice and had breakfast at home everyday before exploring the surroundings and we never lacked anything in order to do so. Highly recommend Sam’s place and would love to stay here again if we are in the area.
