Ideally located in a residential area. An oasis of peace in a private villa complex. Up to the beaches are about 1500m in both directions, to the golf courses only 1000m. A supermarket for daily needs and a quality restaurant is nearby within easy walking distance.
The villa offers a very private atmosphere. Nestled and protected, surrounded by a large hedge, the plot is suitable for families with children. The courtyard entrance is secured by an automatic gate. A lovingly landscaped garden with botanical flair and many shady places spoiled the guest. The villa is furnished to a high standard and stylish. The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms. In the upper part with master bedroom, air conditioning and bathroom en-suite. The small living room / office on the 1st floor has a sofa bed for 2 more people for an extra charge. Sea view from the upper private terrace. Bedrooms with walk-in closets and en suite bathrooms. From the two lower bedrooms, large sliding doors lead to the outdoor terrace. In the entrance hall there is another guest toilet. The modern kitchen is equipped with every comfort. You will find 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, coffee machine and everything else you need with direct access to the breakfast terrace.
Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The large living room with air conditioning is equipped with high quality furniture, as well as the dining area offers plenty of space. All sliding doors and windows to the terrace have electric blinds. Underfloor heating throughout the house.
In front of the living room is a large terrace with matching furniture. View of the garden and swimming pool with dimensions 13m x 4m. The depth goes from 1,25m at the stairs to 1,80m at the lowest point. The pool can be heated and has an electric pool cover. Sun loungers and parasols and pool shower are available. Internet access WiFi throughout the house. Smart TV with all international channels. Two E-bikes can be rented and charged as an extra. A perfect villa for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve.

Lovely Villa

We stayed in Villa Mandalin in October and had a fantastic time, the villa is lovely, nice and spacious and it has lovely sea views from the master suite terrace. We had the pool heated which was needed for the time of year. It's got great seating all around the villa so there is a lot of space and all of the bedrooms are really big and nicely decorated. The check in and check out from Dieter was really good and he was very helpful. The location is in great area with really nice restaurant a one minute walk away and there are great beaches and villages nearby. I would be delighted to return to this villa again.
