The villa benefits from a separate large apartment with its own entrance ,especially good for those less abled ,kitchen and lounge area .
There is a local Chicken restaurant on the same road as the villa , called CHICKEN GEORGE , Proves very popular to either eat in or take away .
The villa is a 5 minute drive/20 min walk to Rocha Brava area - there is a few supermarkets and restaurants and bars.
Benagil beach with the famous caves is about a 7 minute drive - here there are restaurants and bars to enjoy and plenty of boat trips .
Carvoeiro village is about a 10 minute drive /25 minute walk away . Here there is a large number of restaurants and bars and shops as well as a lovely beach .

To book a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking . A 5% damages deposit is payable , refunded if no damages. The full balance is due 42 days (6 weeks) before your arrival
