Description

Centrally located, this is a lovely and popular 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private south-facing pool and air-conditioning throughout. Spacious patio around the pool and there is an outside B.b.q close to the kitchen adjacent to a new covered terrace with table and chairs for alfresco meals. Attached only on one side, it is situated in a quiet area on a no-through road, yet mins walk from everything you need. Supermarket, 250m from the villa. Albufeira's fresh fruit and fish market where you also have cafés and a bakery for daily freshly baked bread and cakes-only about 150m away. Central bus station that takes you to all parts of Portugal and Spain is only 100m from the villa. Down town Albufeira is approx 500m, only a 10/15 min stroll. The living area is comfortable with sliding doors leading out to another covered terrace overlooking the pool. One double bedroom en-suite and one twin bedroom is on the ground floor plus a shower room. The other 2 bedrooms are on the 1st floor (1 double & 1 twin) sharing a full bathroom. You have the added bonus of a large games room in the basement. This villa has just recently been partially renovated and has now open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. It was transformed from a 3 bedroom to a 4 bedroom and can sleep 8 people plus 2 cots for 2 babies or infants. A 9th person can sleep on the sofábed in the lounge area at an additional cost (please inquire).
Free wifi. Enclosed garden with locable gates. Children welcome (must be well supervised especially around pool area). Min stay of 7 nights during high & peak season.
Parking area inside the premises and out. A safe is available.
Mins walk from 24hour health center.
Cot and high chair available on request.
No midweek cleaning. Smoking only outside please.

Our holiday Villa was amazing

Location was great - easy access to the old town restaurants, shops and beach. Our Villa had everything we needed and maintained to a good standard. Our contact At the Villa was Anabela. She was very attentive and also arranged our transfers from and to the airport - our warmest thanks go to her for all her help.

Everything you need is there. The pool is lovely with the sun on it all day. Just a short walk is a bakers. fish market, super market, butchers and caf? which are all reasonably priced, ideal if using the BBQ. The villa was spotless and well maintained. A ten minute walk will take you to the old town and the villa is just a few minutes from the bus station, where you can get a bus to many different places including the strip. The villa was cleaned and clean towels brought whilst we were there and we were met twice to make sure everything was ok. I would highly recommend this villa. We took our grand kids at four and five and they loved it.

We stayed with our son, daughter in law and grandchildren, and there was still lots of room. The Villa is perfect for touring around Albufura. The description is completly accurate in it's information. The villa was clean, and had a well equipt kitchen, and there was a lovely welcome pack of basic goodies when we arrived. There is a market and shops and bus station within 5 mins walk. It is a Villa we would go back to because of it's size, and proximity of town. Thank you.
