There are several restaurants within five minutes walk, including O´Marinheiro, Ponte Grande and Dom Dinis and a supermarket. The Sao Rafael Resort with its various facilities and tennis courts is just 400 metres away. The bustling town of Albufeira with its array of shops, restaurants and nightlife is 5 minutes drive away.

Casa Azul is an exclusive, detached, holiday villa with pool in a small quality development of villas. The design of the house is very impressive, with high standard furnishings and decor and it enjoys fabulous sea views. The layout is very open and airy with large entrance hall, guest cloakroom wc, very large, spacious sitting room with comfortable sofas and an attractive dining room with stylish dining table and chairs. There is a large 40" LCD television with cable TV, DVD player and an open fireplace. There is a modern, spacious fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, breakfast table and stools and serving hatch to the dining room and a laundry room with washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom with sliding doors to pool terrace. Both of these bedrooms share a large bathroom with corner bath and twin vanity units.

Overlooking the sitting room is a minstrels gallery which leads to the other two bedrooms, and a door to a huge private sun terrace. There is a large master bedroom suite with King size bed, en-suite bathroom with corner bath, shower and twin vanity units. This bedroom also has a door to the large sun terrace overlooking the garden, pool and sea. The other bedroom has twin beds and patio doors to a private sun terrace overlooking the pool and garden. It also has an en-suite shower room.

This luxury villa is completely enclosed with private gates, there is a driveway and covered car port. The beautiful garden is well landscaped and has lawned grass and sun terraces around the large 10x5m swimming pool. There is a covered dining terrace and a built-in barbecue for your al-fresco dining.

This is a perfect location to enjoy the delights of the local beaches and restaurants in the area and very near to all local amenities. Strongly recommended.

This peaceful and beautiful area, just to the west of Albufeira, is an ideal location to spend your holiday. Within this area are some wonderful beaches, from intimate coves to the wide expanse of Praia da Gale and most have their own beach side restaurants. These lovely beach resorts have a good selection of ´inexpensive´ local restaurants and bars, excellent golf course at Salgados, Gale and within easy distance of the lively resort of Albufeira.

Fabulous Villa

I highly recommend this Villa. It’s stunning and has everything you need. This was our second visit to this property. Quiet location but has a few bars, mini markets and some lovely restaurants within walking distance ( I would recommend Dom Dinis, 10 min walk) The beach is 10 min walk and is lovely. A taxi (9 seater mini bus) in to Albufeira old town is just 5-10 mins drive and only cost €15 max. We paid extra to get the pool heated which I would also recommend as we were in it all day and even did some night swimming after returning from meals out. The management team are very responsive. We had a slight issue with the pump in the pool. One quick phone call and someone was round to fix it within the hour. Nothing was to much trouble for them, great service.

Perfect Villa

Hello Caroline and Gareth , We are just back from a wonderful week in Casa Azul and just I wanted to say a big thank you all round ! Everything was perfect and everyone enjoyed the week very much indeed. The whole family loved every minute and the villa proved just perfect. The two downstairs bedrooms were ideal for daughter and grandchildren while myself and my husband and my sister in law and my niece were very happy in the rooms upstairs. I know I had made a particular point of asking for the pool to be substantially heated and it most certainly was! Babies and grandparents alike loved every minute in the pool and were in it Morning noon and night! In fact my 2 year old granddaughter got over her fear of water and by the end of the week we Couldn’t keep her out of it !! We have all agreed that a repeat week next year is a must and Ocean Villas will be our first choice, so again very many thanks for all your help and to the Portuguese team for their part in our excellent week ‘s holiday.

Excellent villa and location

Fantastic villa for 8, although there were only 6 of us. Clean and very spacious with a great pool and outdoor area, lots of space inside and very well equipped. There are two well stocked shops within walking distance, and five or six very good restaurants. The beach with a cracking beach bar/ restaurant is about 10 mins walk. Quiet area, with only a €5 taxi ride to the town and marina Highly recommended.
