The entrance hall opens to the marble staircase, with feature lighting on the steps, and down into the open plan lounge with sofa seating plus cable/satellite television. The separate fully fitted kitchen has been installed for family living with electric ceramic hob, eye level oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and American Fridge Freezer with ice and water dispenser. There is a granite breakfast bar with stools where you can enjoy your breakfast. Kitchen door opens to the pool area. There is a dining area with French doors to the side terrace and a fully tiled shower room, with wc and sink, downstairs.
