This beautiful 3 bedroom villa which is located in a peaceful area of Albufeira known as Cerro Grande is set half way up the hillside, it has panoramic views over the Atlantic ocean and Albufeira Marina, a view you will never tire of.

The villa which has been refurbished with impeccable taste still retains the character of the original house. It has wonderful outside space with a large pool (with the option of being heated at an additional cost), plenty of sunbathing space and a shaded terrace. There are two covered BBQ areas, one which looks out over the pool terrace and out to sea and the other in a quiet corner. The terraces and walkways are lined with pots of shrubs and flowers creating a tranquil space. For the more energetic there is an outside table tennis table supplied with bats and balls. It is south west facing and has a spectacular aspect from which to enjoy the fabulous Algarvean sunsets.

The inside is equally as lovely with brand new bathrooms, a modern kitchen with all facilities and a large but cosy living and dining area. There are 3 bedrooms - 1 double bedroom with an ensuite shower room which also has a single sofa bed for a child and two twin bedrooms which share a family bathroom. In addition there is a cloakroom with toilet and basin. The villa will accommodate up to 6 adults and 1 child.

The villa is set on one level and accessed from the road via a flight of steps.

Facilities include air con in the bedrooms, solar for hot water, Wi-Fi and a safe. For the cooler months of the year heat is provided in the bedrooms via the dual heat /air con units and in the living area there is a pellet burner.

There is a large TV with a full package of TV options available for all nationalities.

The owners spend a lot of time in the villa themselves and have created a lovely ambience both inside and out. It feels like home from home with tasteful modern décor and furnishings.

The villa is within easy walking distance of the Old Town of Albufeira, the beautiful local beaches and Albufeira Marina, so a car is not necessary. It is in a perfect location for a family holiday, whether you want to enjoy all that Albufeira has to offer with its beautiful beaches, never ending choice of excellent restaurants, shops, entertainment, nightlife, sailing and water sports and more, or just lazing round the pool and enjoying time together.

The rental rates quoted are fully inclusive except for pool heating which is an additional £200 Pounds per week.

Maid service is provided for stays of 7 days or longer - for a 10 or 14 days booking, maid service and change of linen and towels will be half way through your stay. For longer stays it is done on a weekly basis. Beach towels are provided.

Booking conditions: 30% deposit on booking. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation: If the holidaymaker cancels the reservation at least 60 days before check in a 100% refund of the amount paid will be refunded. If cancellation is made thereafter no refund will be given.
Refundable Damage Deposit: £500
