Apartment Pleney III is a large 3 bedroom apartment, located on the top floor of the same building as Pleney I and is the prize Penthouse apartment! It is approximately 5 minutes walk into the centre of Morzine, 400 m from the Telecabine and is ski in from the Pleney Piste B, and ski out with a short walk up the piste.
Pleney Piste B runs just behind the apartment – you can sit on the balcony and actually watch your friends or family hop off and ski in to the apartment complex. The apartment is over 90 square meters in size and comfortably sleeps 6 people in 3 spacious bedrooms with balconies and 2 modern bathrooms. It is well suited to families due to the size and space.
The lounge area is light and airy with double ceiling height, exposed beams and wonderful feature fireplace surrounded by a squidgy corner sofa. Large floor to ceiling windows slide open onto the balconies which lead to a terrace, great for enjoying a glass of vino whilst you watch the sun set over the mountains.
There is plenty of space for 6 people, loads of storage and underfloor heating throughout to keep you cosy and warm on those winter evenings. The stylish and comfortable modern interior comes with all the usual More Mountain extras like flatscreen TV, Free WifI, UK & French FreeSat TV, DVD Player, Nintendo Wii, XBox360 and Bose Speaker and Apple TV with Netflix.
The superb modern kitchen diner comes fully equipped and appliances include dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer and oven with electric hob, kettle and toaster and Nespresso machine. There is also light and spacious dining space with seating for 6/8 people around a sociable kitchen dining table island.
There are 3 generously proportioned luxury bedrooms, all feature balconies with views over Morzine and The Pleney. The master bedroom features an ensuite shower room and built in wardrobes. The other 2 rooms, which are larger in size, share a substantial family bathroom with bath. Both bathrooms have power showers, heated towel rails and plenty of storage and cupboard space. There is also a washing machine and tumble drier in the apartment.
All our beds can be configured as twins or king size doubles (we use double mattress pad toppers) and all are equipped with Egyptian Cotton “White Company” style Bed linen, thick Fluffy Egyptian Cotton Towels and Luxury MALIN+GOETZ Toiletries.
Pleney III Apartment works well in combination with the other MM Pleney apartment. All are in the same complex so you can literally wave at each other from the balconies – hence great option for a larger family or group of friends for up to 22 people when booked together at the same time.
Our in resort concierge will be there to meet and greet you when you arrive and will show you around your apartment. We include a basic start up welcome pack in the apartment along with Nespresso coffee and Yorkshire Tea bags.
