Our largest apartment, offering three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower cubicle, bath and toilet, a second separate WC, lounge/dining room with enclosed balcony and a separate kitchen.
The lounge has a large flat screen TV, with Freeview, a blu-ray DVD player, and a bluetooth speaker.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, a cooker with an electric oven and hob.
The Hayloft sleeps up to 8 people. Bedroom 1 - Double, bedroom 2 - Superking zipnlink which can be setup as a twin room on request. Bedroom 3 - 3 x single beds (2 beds can be joined to make a super king) with option for a 4 folding Jay Be single bed with full size single mattress.
Higher Trewithen offers so much space to explore for families right on our doorstep. Our Children’s playground opened in Summer 2021 and has been developed with safety and fun in mind and is inspected annually by RoSPA. Our grounds include rare breed animals and retired racehorses, and we are always looking for little helpers to give us a hand with the animals.
You can rest assured that everything you need will be here waiting for you; from bedding and towels to cots and highchairs (available on request). It is all taken care of, so you can relax and enjoy your dream Cornish holiday.
All seven of our self-catering apartments and cottages at Higher Trewithen have rural Wi-Fi, hot water (from solar timed from the mains) and central heating for those cooler Cornish days.
Higher Trewithen's location is Stithians, near Falmouth and Truro, is a fantastic, central spot for families wanting to explore Cornwall’s best beaches and tourist attractions. After a full day exploring all the Cornwall has to offer, you can return to peace and quiet of Higher Trewithen Holiday Cottages to enjoy some downtime in the courtyard, or the light up the BBQ by our Koi pond, then flop into one of our luxury beds for a restorative nights sleep.
All of our cottages and apartments are dog-friendly, although we ask that you arrange this with us ahead of time.
We charge £25 per dog, per stay. We can supply drinking bowls and a towel for your pooch to enjoy, plus a little welcome hamper of gut friendly, natural dog treats and a bar of soap. (Please see our full Ts & Cs for full details of our Pets Policy.)
Your beds will be made up ahead of your stay and supply towels too. (Please do let us know how you'd like the beds configured ahead of your arrival.)
We also give you a hand to get you started with the basics, so we provide eco-friendly washing up liquid, surface cleaners and sanitising handwash, a bat mat, hand towel, a few loo rolls, tea towels, oven gloves, and an eco washing up brush.
Should you need them, you can hire a high chair, stairgate and cot ahead of your arrival.
Bookings of 7 nights or more, made via our website, receive a Welcome Hamper of Cornish goodies. Contents may vary according to local availability. Please advise us of any dietary requirements and we will do our best to accommodate your needs/preferences.
Please note, we have a strict non-smoking/vaping policy inside all of our accommodation, and we ask that you kindly refrain from using candles or incense as a safety precaution.
Minimum prices displayed are based on a stay of 7 nights.
