We have stayed in this holiday home before, communication with the owners Sandra & Russell is excellent anything you need and not sure about they are only a phone call away. We had a lovely stay, location is good just a short walk to a dog friendly beach, but at the moment they are doing an upgrade on the promenade and beach with makes it quite a long walk to get on the beach at Colwyn Bay, saying all that when the work is finished it looks like it going to be fantastic, can't wait to see it when its finished. There is a supermarket about 5 mins walk away. Short drives to get to areas like Llandudno, Conwy or about 40 mins to get to Anglesey with beautiful beaches Location is on a Quiet cul-d-sac if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. Would recommend. Hoping to return in the future.

Hi Bill and June. Thank you for your review. The promenade is going to look amazing when the work is finished (scheduled for June 2023). Rhos on Sea Paddling pool is also due to have new features when it opens on 1st April. Rhos on Sea has such a lot going for it, and we look forward to you staying with us again, when hopefully you will have better weather. Sandra and Russell
The accommodation had every thing you could ever want and more. It was so clean everywhere. Beds very comfortable with lovely bedding. We will definitely be back
Easy Reach was the perfect setting for a short break in North Wales. All the amenities were only a short walk away with plenty to explore along the North Wales coast. Will definitely be visiting again.
