The house is ideally situated just 20 minutes walk from the local village of Valbonne, with its lively square, a wealth of shops and restaurants and a local weekly market. More restaurants and an exceptional bakery for fresh daily baguettes and croissants are less than 10 minutes walk from the house.
There is easy access by car to Nice airport (20kms), the beautiful old town of Antibes (15kms), Cannes (12kms) and Grasse (11kms). There are many excellent golf courses, cycling routes and tennis clubs nearby, with a municipal court within walking distance of the house.
