In a separate work-station area, a leather-topped desk houses an I-mac computer with Wi-fi and printer. The living room windows overlook the millstream outside.
Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms, 2 doubles (one with en suite shower room) and 1 family room, containing two single beds and a double. Two of the bedrooms have access to a sunny balcony overlooking the surrounding countryside.
There is 1 en suite shower room as well as a bathroom and separate wc.
There is a log burner in the fireplace in the sitting area and electric heaters throughout the house provide warmth for the chillier months.

An additional i-Pod docking station in the garage allows you to play music through the outdoor speakers in the pool area and garden.
Garden and outside
The beautiful outdoor low-chlorine swimming pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers and patio furniture. There is a further patio and al fresco dining area with two barbecues. Parking and garages

Lovely mill house in a very peaceful setting

By Elizabeth Delannoy Tester on 24-May-2022

We loved our stay in Le Moulin de Lapouze. The house is very comfortable with everything we needed. The setting is wonderful, so peaceful. We loved all the bird song and wildlife pottering about. The pool was also very refreshing on the hotter days. Would not hesitate to return one day.
