Welcome to Hafod Grove House (sleeps 18 in 6/7 bedrooms), larger groups can be catered for. Enjoying an idyllic setting within The beautiful Pembrokeshire National park. . With huge private gardens to relax or play in.
Ideal for Families & Friends, Holidays and short breaks. The huge kitchen dining room (16 x 33') with seating for up to 24 makess it the ideal venue for celebrations.
The cosy Aga & open fires for winter. make it a great place for winter breaks .
lLocally there are gorgeous sandy beaches nearby. with caves and rockpools to explore. From the upper windows you can see part of the famous Pembrokesshire Coastal path so ideal for walkers. There are numerous local sports & activities such as coasteering, horse riding, golf and fishing to name but a few.
A variety of markets, galleries and craft centres to visit and the scenery is an inspiration to artists. Of course there are also several micro breweries to visit along the way.
Located not far from the Preseli Mountains in North Pembrokeshire, makes Hafod Grove an excellent base for exploring the 3 counties of Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Cardiganshire.


The space
Hafod Grove House is very spacious and private. We have a 33' x 16' kitchen dining room with seating for up to 26 guests. There are two large reception rooms one of which can double up as an extra bedroom.
In winter we have the Aga and there are open fires in both reception rooms. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric range cooker (the Aga is switched off in summer as there would be a criminal wastage of fuel) dishwasher, American fridge freezer with icemaker, Belfast sink and marble topped island. Hafod Grove is the ideal place for celebrations due to the huge kitchen dining area with it's 2 wide tables seating 24 .comfortably.. There is a separate laundry area in the hall with washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is a small double bedroom downstairs next the the kitchen and downstairs shower room. Upstairs are a futher 5 bedrooms of a variety of sizes but two can make excellent family bedrooms for those with small children. There is a large family bathroom, a further full bathroom which can be made ensuite for the master bedroom and two shower rooms en suite. With two staircases there is plenty of space and the House is just great for children playing hide and seek.

Guest access
Guest access is normally from 4pm and exit is normally 10am Weekend guests can stay till 3pm to save rushing off. If you need to deviate from those times then please could you contact Diane Tood who has to prepare the House for guests. The price includes the Whole house please see the Floorplans in the photos. - excluding the attic and cellar.
Please note that School Holidays are only let weekly Friday - Friday with the exception of Easter which is let as an 8 night break commencing Thursday before Good Friday and New Year which has a minimum of 4 nights bookings.

Bedlinen and teatowels are provided in the booking price:
Hafod Grove is a self catering property not a B & B so Hand Towels are only provided in bathrooms. Individual towels can be provided at an extra cost and should be requested when you book.
One Toilet roll is provided for each lavatory.
Please note I can only accept minimum bookings for a weekends of Friday & Saturday nights which includes all day Sunday as well (as the cleaners don't work on Sundays) and Mid- week stays are Monday - Friday. I can only accept weekly bookings during the school holidays.
The House is in a Rural/ Coastal idyllic setting within the Pembrokeshire National park. However we frequently have Tesco home deliveries which are useful for guests. There are many local sports and activities available as well as gorgeous sandy beaches. The area is a nature-lover's delight and ideal walking, riding or cycling country.
