Description

YARD COTTAGE - Bedroom 1 with double bed, Bedroom 2 with twin beds. The cottage has a bathroom downstairs with a bath & shower over, washbasin, wc., shaver point, hair-dryer, heated towel rail & fan heater. The cottage has free Wi-Fi, a well equipped kitchen with ceramic hob electric cooker, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc. & a night storage heater. The sitting room has a 3 seater sofa & two armchairs, a TV & DVD, radio/CD, an electric "woodburning style" fire & night storage heater. Yard Cottage has coat hooks in the kitchen & an open porch for storing wellies etc, a lawned garden with a charcoal barbecue & plenty of parking. Duvets, pillows, bed linen, kitchen & bathroom towels & bathroom mats are included. (Linen changed weekly on request for guests staying longer than one week). The cottage is cleaned on changeover day which is Thursday in the main season. Out of season changeover days are flexible. Well behaved pets are welcome at no extra cost (downstairs only please).

BOOKING INFORMATION
This property is open all year. Out of season breaks are available from November - February inclusive (except Christmas, New Year & February half term ), 2023 out of season prices are £145 per night with a three min charge; £65 for each additional night. March to October (inclusive) 2023 weekly rates £750 - £1135.

We ask that guests arrive after 4pm & vacate by 10am, unless agreed otherwise.

BOOKING NOTES
A deposit of 1/3rd is required to secure a booking with the balance due one month before arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit/debit card.

The atmosphere of this perfect cottage was superb – (5 star). Finding this cottage is such a bonus, the location and views from this cottage are superb. The walks to the beach so easy and the walk into Padstow makes such a change from trying to park. We will return soon — 13th July 2015.
