It is literally only a few minutes walk from Old Hunstanton beach. Ideal bucket and spade holiday. A private road leads down to the Golf Course and Harecroft is about half way down. The area is renowned for its bird watching, walks and water sports. Local pubs/ restaurants are only a short walk and the West Norfolk coast and countryside with many interests such as Golf, Stately Homes, Bird Reserves, etc only minutes by car. The Norfolk Coastal Path is also close by.
All on Ground Floor: Comfortably furnished, the bungalow offers ideal accommodation all on one level with a ramp to the front door, ( please request this at time of booking) ideal for wheelchair and mobility chair users, with ample space in the hall for storage. Having oil central heating it is perfect at any time of year and very cosy during the colder months.
Entrance into hall, with cloaks area. Comfortable lounge, with electric flame-effect fire & Freeview TV/DVD. Double doors through to dining room, with patio doors onto rear garden.

Four Bedrooms: Bedroom one with twins and view to rear garden with ensuite bathroom having bath, WC and washbasin. Bedroom two with a double bed and washbasin. Bedroom three with twins. Bedroom four with one single that has a pull out truckle bed under to make a double if required. New Family bathroom installed in 2021 having bath (shower over), WC and washbasin.
Garden: Front lawn. Rear patio with access via dining room patio doors. Steps up to lawn. BBQ (no charcoal supplied) The rear garden is perfect for dining al fresco.
Ramp for wheelchair to the front door. Please note that the gravel drive is not wheelchair friendly.
Parking: Ample parking for 3 cars on the gravel drive.
No Pets but please note for allergy sufferers that the owner does bring her own dog. Accidental damage waiver of £25 payable on each booking.
Old Hunstanton has a sandy beach with dunes, and rock pools. There are various eating places including the beach cafe. Visit the Life boat station on a Sunday, hire a beach hut for the day, play a game of pitch and putt, browse local crafts and antiques in the Old Barns, or have a drink or meal in one of the pub/restaurants in the village. St Mary's Church holds various events throughout the year, including a lovely annual Flower festival. There is a post office with a Deli that sells many of your everyday items.
